Leslie Wilk Braksick, Ph.D. is co-founder and Chairman of CLG (The Continuous Learning
Group, Inc), a consultancy headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. As a nationally known
consultant, executive coach, and author, Leslie led CLG as its CEO for over ten
years as it grew to be the largest behaviorally based strategy execution firm in
the United States.
Leslie’s greatest strengths lie in her ability to analyze complex organizational
histories and challenging business conditions, and help senior executives articulate
business objectives, develop targeted implementation strategies, and execute them
successfully. Her unique skills and strong personal values touch those she works
with both professionally and personally.
Leslie brings the same energy and skills to her many civic and community activities.
She is a Board Trustee for Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation and Princeton
Theological Seminary. She chaired the Women’s Leadership Initiative of the United
Way of Allegheny County (Pittsburgh) and has served as a Cabinet Member for the
past three campaigns. She is an elder in The Presbyterian Church, Sewickley.
In 2006, Leslie received the prestigious Athena Award from the Allegheny Conference
in recognition of excellence in professional and community leadership. In 2002,
she was recognized as one of the top 50 business leaders in Pennsylvania, and was
named a Carlow College Woman of Spirit and a Pittsburgh Pacesetter in Business.
Leslie holds a doctorate in Applied Behavioral Science and a master’s in Industrial/Organization
Psychology. She resides in Sewickley, PA, with Mathew, her husband of 16 years,
and their wonderful children, Austin (12) and Madeleine (8).
